1. General
1.1. Using this website means you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2. All jewelry is handmade, so slight differences may exist between the product and the photos on the website.

2. Production and Shipping Times
2.1. Production time:

• Silver jewelry: Up to 14 business days.

• Gold jewelry: Up to 21 business days.
  2.2. Shipping times depend on the chosen delivery service and are not included in the production time.
  2.3. Kanalu Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors (postal services, customs, etc.).

3. Warranty and Care
3.1. Silver jewelry – 1-year warranty.

• No warranty for stones that break due to external damage.
  3.2. Gold-plated jewelry – 1-year warranty for plating loss.

• The warranty does not apply if the jewelry was exposed to pools or hot springs, as these damage the plating.

• After one year, replating is available for a small fee.

• No refunds for gold-plated jewelry that lost its plating.
  3.3. The warranty does not cover breaks, bends, or damage caused by improper use.

4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1. Non-custom jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
4.2. Jewelry that is stone inlaid and custom-made cannot be refunded for a money-back return.
4.3. A refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected, with the shipping cost deducted.
4.4. The customer is responsible for returning the item, including shipping costs.
